Application of Painting in Stainless Steel
The surface processing of coatings and other materials includes coating followed by re processing (pre coating method), which is mainly used for roof building materials (stainless steel 0.3-0.8mm), and processing followed by re coating (post coating method), which is mainly used for building exterior building materials (stainless steel 0.3-1.0mm).
Coated stainless steel was first developed in the 1970s as a material for roofs. The surface of the stainless steel was coated with a colored coating of fluororesin (with a weathering life of about 20 years) and silicone polyester (with a weathering life of about 7 years), which increased its corrosion resistance in the marine environment, making the roof durable, pollution resistant, aesthetically pleasing, and anti glare.
The lubricating coating of stainless steel (with wax in the coating) provides high lubrication and deep drawing properties for the protective film. After roof construction, it will naturally disappear in a short period of time when exposed to solar ultraviolet radiation, thus solving the problem of manual peeling of the stainless steel protective film.
Coat the surface of stainless steel with insulated foam polyester rubber resin, and mix metal powder in the coating to have conductivity, which can be spot welded. This board is used for the interior and exterior decoration of refrigerated transport vehicles and refrigerated warehouses.
Stainless steel with high polymer polyester coating is used for pollution and washing resistant purposes such as kitchen wall panels and refrigerators.
Add pearl colored transparent coated stainless steel to the transparent coating for home appliance shells.
