Bearing with dust cover
Bearings with dust covers, suffix 2Z, made of stainless steel. The shoulder of the dust cover jade inner ring forms an extremely narrow gap and can withstand high temperatures and speeds. Bearings with dust covers are mainly used in the working condition of inner ring rotation. If the outer ring rotates, the bearing will leak lubricating grease during high-speed operation.
Bearings with sealing rings
Bearings with contact sealing rings, suffix 2RS1, are made of oil and wear resistant nitrile rubber with a steel skeleton. The allowable working temperature of this sealing ring is -40 to+100 ℃, which can reach up to+120 ℃ in a short period of time. The sealing lip of the contact sealing ring seals the shoulder of the inner ring. The outer edge of the sealing ring is located in the groove of the outer ring, which can provide a good sealing effect.
When sealed bearings operate under certain extreme conditions, such as extremely high speed or high temperature, it may cause leakage of lubricating grease between the inner ring and the sealing ring. If the leakage situation can have a damaging impact on the bearing configuration, special design steps must be taken.
